Playdate with Maynard

I have been missing my friends lately. We keep in touch, but now that I'm married I have responsibilities that get in the way. I can't just spend the night at Amanda's whenever I feel like it anymore, plus I would feel weird without Jason next to me. I can't just drop everything and go play every time someone calls.



Don't get me wrong, I LOVE BEING MARRIED TO JASON, it just changes things.



So Tuesday night I decided to call Amanda and make time to play with her. I have missed  her so much. When we are together we just laugh and make fools of our self. Isn't that what best friends do?



I trucked it in the rain and met her at her work Dollar Cuts in Syracuse (she is amazing if you need a hairdresser). She gave me a cute haircut, styled it, and then waxed the caterpillars I used to call eyebrows. Feeling sexy and quite hungry actually, we decided to eat at the Training Table. Of course we got Training Table's famous cheese fries and enjoyed every bite. :D



It was nice to catch up with my bestie. She is in love, has a beautiful little boy, and a job she enjoys. It makes me all warm inside that she is happy. Amanda has had some rough years and deserves to be happy.
